Elena Antonovska is a certified Professional coach by International Coaching Federation (ICF – PCC), trainer and owner of Ars Lucida – Coaching & Training.

She is an Personal & Professional Development Mentor & Master/Teacher, CEFE trainer, High Performance Team Coach, PCM Coach (Process Communication Model), Wing Wave coach, NLP Practitioner etc.

She acquires her professional experience in various business environments including government institutions, insurance, public relations and independent work in the field of personal and professional development, communication and coaching, entrepreneurship and practical approaches in spirituality, energy healing and self-realization.

Since 2007 Elena directs her own professional work towards independent practice in the area of personal growth and continuous transformation of individuals and groups by forming her own Center for personal development.

In the meantime, Elena was working as a Coordinator for Macedonia for ATRIA Group SEE Belgrade in the area of corporate and open trainings that include training in the field of communication, sales and managerial skills, solution focused coaching, NLP, assessment tools and entrepreneurship trainings.

Today, Ars Lucida – Coaching & Training is the place where skills, techniques, methods & knowledge is applied covering all the aspect of the human being as a whole. Activities in Ars Lucida are based on  support, motivation, education & inspiration of individuals & groups on their path of change, self-development & success. Merging ancient & modern knowledge, applied in everyday life as practical skills, covers wide range of  aspects & target groups. Knowledge is transferred through individual work, trainings & workshops regarding personal & professional development.

In March 2017 she is selected as Women Manager of the year 2016 in the area of personal & professional development.

They have demonstrated knowledge and proficient application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching. Earners show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, competence in using a variety of behaviors and skills in their work with clients. The PCC must be renewed every three years.
