JOGA

Yes, Yoga it is sequencing through postures….
But wait a second, that is such a tiny aspect of what Yoga really is!
Because Yoga, sometimes is the deep stretching on the mat … Yet, sometimes it is deep dwelling within the inside chambers of our mind…

Sometimes it is deep embracing of our most intense storage of emotions on the bottom of the ocean of our heart…

Sometimes it is sitting silently in tranquility when all inside and outside smells and looks like wild storm…

Sometimes is healthy snacks and meals, studies and practice…

Sometimes it is some guilty pleasures and the conscious observation on the root of our need for them … Sometimes it is soft accepting of some threatening pain…

Sometimes it is crying out loud some buried old hushed cry…

Sometimes it is laughing till tears and stomach ache because of the allowing to experience innocent joy to the fullest…

Sometimes it is licking wounds that are still recovering, those invisible ones…

Sometimes it is practicing breathing techniques to overcome challenging heavy times…

Sometimes it is numbing down whatever human experience that is too much to bare and then contemplating on our own methods and coping mechanisms and the birth place of it all …

Sometimes it is admitting of our inner child tantrums and offering the safe space we need to hold for our own self for the growth and evolving of that traumatized inner child into a whole and holly mature human shape…

Sometimes it is being there for those in need even we are not fully good at being there for ourselves … Sometimes it is the act of forgiveness for the silliness of our ways of dealing with problems and creating solutions …

Sometimes it is in the understanding that everyone it is really the same deep down at the core of our being and that it is really true that I am you and you are me and all that we go through in life is serving some greater purpose, greater than our individuality … And sometimes Yoga is finding or rather creating strength when we are most vulnerable and at our weakest, so we can keep on loving and being loveable even at times when it is the easiest not to.

Yoga is everything and everyone, harmonious union of a healthy connecting and merging of the opposites into a wonderful symbiosis…
