What can you do for yourself?

In times when most of the world has gone completely mad, I found a person who has genuinely believed in me, and who showed me the new way of thinking and self-care. As a personal coach, she took me through the process of self-awareness and self-acceptance. She never gave me a finite answer as a solution to my problem, but rather she showed me the path towards coming to the solution and answer on my own.

It’s so easy to deal with others and to take care of everything and everyone around us, but we never really ask ourselves how to solve something in our lives.

Elena, thank you, and for many many new perceptions and reflections!

With love,

One of the biggest and most valuable lessons I learned is that no matter where life might take us, it’s important to ask the question: what can we do for ourselves. Taking care of one’s physical body is closely connected with the care for mental health.

I ended up in a life situation (as most of us do) where I had to ask one of the most powerful and dangerous questions: WHAT NOW? It’s so easy to deal with others and to take care of everything and everyone around us, but we never really ask ourselves how to solve something in our lives. People usually like more to create problems than to solve them. I’ll cite here my mentor and coach Elena: “Problems do not exist, these are just unneeded outbursts of drama that people make in order to keep the  “balance”, which is exactly what creates chaos”; therefore, problems are just notions of the state of consciousness.

Something else I learned from Elena is the word STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS. Once we change our perception of reality, perspectives of others change, too. Once we change the way we think, resonate, things will change too. But in order for this change to occur we have to create the change by being that change. We always, always should aim for the growth, learning and change if we want to transform. We can’t expect for the world to change if we don’t work towards it. Our world is connected with our mind, therefore, each of us creates their own destiny.

We can blame society for our failures, but the fact is that we solely are the creators of the life and reality in which we live. I could write and talk for hours about this, but I will rather finish with words of deepest gratitude, new beginning, and saying that each reflection is a perception.

Elena, thank you, and for many many new perceptions and reflections!

With love,
